Our mission is to provide accessible, high-quality training for educators, teachers, and families, fostering inclusive environments where all children, including those with learning difficulties, can thrive.
Why Choose See Me Learning?
- Inclusive Approach: We are committed to inclusive education, ensuring that children with disabilities can access and fully participate in learning alongside their peers, supported by tailored teaching strategies and reasonable adjustments.
- Child-Centered Learning: Our programs emphasise following each child's interests and sensitive periods—windows of opportunity when they are most receptive to learning specific skills.
- Personalised Support: Through interactive online modules, face-to-face training, and mentoring, we personalise learning experiences to meet individual needs, fostering confidence and competence in applying Montessori & Emergent principles.
Embracing Montessori & Emergent Philosophies
At the heart of Montessori and Emergent philosophies is a deep respect for the child as an active participant in their own learning journey. This approach centres on each child's unique needs, strengths, and interests, recognising that learning is most meaningful when it is relevant and responsive.
Together, these philosophies invite educators, parents, and caregivers to slow down, observe closely, and respond with intention—creating spaces that nurture connection, creativity, and a deep love of learning.
"The goal of early childhood education should be to activate the child’s own natural desire to learn."
— Maria Montessori
"The first essential for the child's development is concentration. The child who concentrates is immensely happy."
- Maria Montessori
Learning for Life
Imagine a world where children are empowered to care for themselves, others, and the world around them—where learning is meaningful, respectful, and deeply connected to real life.
At its heart, Montessori & Emergent education nurtures essential life skills, guiding children to thrive emotionally, socially, and intellectually. It’s not just preparation for school—it’s preparation for life.
Intrinsic Motivation
From the moment they are born, children are guided by an inner drive—a natural, powerful curiosity that compels them to explore, connect, and understand the world around them. This intrinsic motivation fuels their development and learning.
Rather than directing learning, we follow the child—offering meaningful choices, hands-on experiences, and the freedom to explore at their own pace.
Purposeful Materials
At the heart of meaningful education is freedom with responsibility—the joy of making choices, discovering purpose, and learning at one’s own pace. Each child is a unique individual, and when given the space to follow their interests within a thoughtfully prepared environment, their potential truly unfolds.
Children are free to explore, repeat, and master skills in their own time, fostering deep concentration, confidence, and intrinsic motivation.

Meet Your Mentor: Shirona
I'm Shirona, an experienced Educational Leader with over 12 years of guiding and mentoring educators and families in the early childhood sector. My journey has been rooted in a passion for creating meaningful, inclusive, and developmentally supportive learning environments where every child is seen and celebrated.
As a qualified Early Childhood Teacher, I specialise in Montessori, Reggio Emilia, Emergent Curriculum, and Inquiry-Based Learning—approaches that honour children's voices, curiosities, and capacities. My work is grounded in inclusive practices and trauma-aware education, ensuring all children—including those with diverse abilities and experiences—have access to quality learning opportunities.
I support educators and families in designing programs and environments tailored to each child’s unique needs, empowering them to thrive in their own learning and development.
Drawing from evidence-based frameworks like the Circle of Security, the Phoenix Cups Framework, and the Marte Meo Approach, I guide adults to understand children's behaviours, needs, and emotional worlds, so they can respond with attuned, respectful, and effective support.
At See Me Learning, my mission is to provide accessible, practical, and inspiring professional development that strengthens your confidence and capability as an educator, carer, or parent—because when we support the adults, we support the children.
